Salon Etiquette

New Clients 

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment to complete your registration form.

Semi Permanent Brow Appointments 

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to complete your new client registration forms.

Appointment Etiquette 

Unfortunately we cannot accomodate late arrivals.

We will do our best to accomodate our clients, where possible, or offer the next available appointment time.

We understand that emergencies can happen if possible please allow at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

Appointments cancelled with no notice (within an hour of appointment) or a no show will incur a 40% no cancellation fee

If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

It is our salon policy that children cannot attend appointments with you.

This is for their own safety and the comfort of our clients. 

Please use hand sanitizer before you enter the salon, these are located in the salon entry and near our reception desk

If you experience any flu like symptoms or have been around someone experiencing symptoms we kindly ask that you please reschedule your appointment

Semi permanent brow appointments are performed in private rooms in which only yourself and the Brow Artist are permissible to be present. 

We kindly ask that you limit the use of your phone and other electronic devices during your service.
